Asst.Research & Development Manager

Oversees the Research and Development standards and procedures of new products. Develops and implements standards and processes for inspection and evaluation. Inspects and evaluates new supplier’s materials. Conducts root caused analysis during an occurrence of issue.  Developing the new products matching and comparable with markets available products and prices.  Developing products that meet customer needs with the best quality and costs  To work with the teams involved in execution, such as engineering and design the new project.  Co-ordinates with marketing, sales and production to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the financial goals.  Testing the market samples, comparison with existing product.  To develop team with the knowledge and expertise to fulfil product development objectives.  Try to develop and implement research and development procedures and techniques.  Understanding the scopes of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget.  Planning and coordination of technical activities in lab, production and if required at construction site for better quality testing and product compliance.  Training, upgrading subordinates and other required persons as per requirement.  Clearly communicate product objectives to internal teams with varying levels of technical and non-technical knowledge.  To analyse the market trend and prepare themselves to compete it.  To identify and build a solution for a user problem.  Training to sales and marketing for new and existing products properties, specifications and applications.  Upgradation of product performance and cost optimization base on market trend.  Demonstrate good housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of laboratory and equipment.  Assisting in technical evaluation of nonconforming batches and customer complaints.  Maining of quality complaints records with corrections & corrective actions.  Arranging samples as per the sales requests.
